Cook a Book Class New Date: June 20, 2026

Have you ever bought a cookbook, opened it up and realized you had no idea where to start? Do you love brunch with your pals, but are tired of basic dishes? This class is for you. 

Cook a Book will be using recipes from Victuals and a copy of the book is included in the price of your ticket. 

Chef Blake is combining Appalachian comfort with modern brunch food to create down right delicious dishes. Grab a friend or two and learn to brunch the right way. Brunch will be served along with a dessert and mimosas. 

The class will take place at the Turner Farm’s Barn Studio.
